Title page must include 1- article title; 2- author's name; 3- the name of the institution where the work was carried out; 4- full postal address, telephone/fax number, and email address of the correspondence author, and 5- author contributions, this page is unnumbered.
Abstracts must be prepared for the original article and briefly provide background/research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. It shouldn't exceed 250 words at all. Number this page as page 1. It is best not to mention abbreviations in the abstract.
Keywords are used for indexing purposes; each article must provide 3-5 keywords selected from Medical Subject Headings (MeSH).
Introduction contains the urgency and background of community service activities which are described using the inverted pyramid method starting from the global, national and local levels.
Methods In the implementation section, convey clearly and concisely the methods used to achieve the goals set in the service activities. The results of this service must be measurable, and the author is asked to explain the measurement equipment used, both descriptively and qualitatively. Explain how to measure the level of success of service activities. The level of success can be seen in terms of changes in attitude.
This section contains the strategies carried out to achieve the expected goals of community service which are carried out, for example by using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method; ABCD (Asset Based Community Development); CBR (Community-Based Research); Service learning; Community development, as well as other methods. Apart from that, it also lists the parties involved with the form of their involvement, the place and time of the community service activities carried out
Results and Discussion: Community service is an effort to spread knowledge to the community. This activity is expected to provide significant added value in various aspects, including economics, policy and changes in social behavior. It is clear that service activities have succeeded in creating changes at the individual, community and institutional levels, both in the short and long term. In this section, it is described in detail how activities are carried out to achieve the set goals. Indicators for achieving goals and success criteria for service activities are explained in detail.
Tables and illustrations: must be quoted in the order they appear in the text; use Arabic numerals. Tables should be simple and should not duplicate information in the text of the paper. Tables should also be captioned above and explanatory footnotes below. The p in the p must be italicized. For radiographic, scan and other diagnostic images, as well as images of pathology specimens or photomicrographs, submit them in high resolution in jpeg.
Images : Images should be limited to the number required for clarity and must not duplicate data provided in tables or text. It must be of high quality so that resolution reduction can be avoided. Drawings must not be larger than 125 (height) x 180 (width) mm (5 x 7 inches) and must be submitted in a separate file from the manuscript.format Jpeg with a minimum resolution of 300 pixels for color images and photographs, and 1200 pixels for black and white images.
Conclusion: Conclusions can be generalizations of findings according to the purpose of service, or can also be recommendations for next steps. The conclusion is written in one paragraph.
Conflict of interest: All authors must make a formal statement at the time of submission indicating there is no potential conflict of interest which could embarrass any of the authors of the article. Such conflicts may include, but are not limited to. All authors must submit a Conflict of interest statement for publication at the end of the article.
Additional Materials: such as pictures, questionnaires, etc. can be published in an online version of the journal.
References: must be filled in numerically according to the order of quotations in the Vancouver. Minimum number of references is 15 and last 5 years. References must be managed by Endnote or Mendeley software. References written by more than 3 authors, please include the names of the first three authors and represent the other authors with the phrase "et al."

Language and Style:
Contributions must be in Indonesian or English. Texts should be clear and concise, conforming to acceptable standards of style and use of Indonesian and English. Speakers of non-scientific Indonesian or English may be advised to seek professional assistance with these languages.
All material must be typed on single spaced numbered pages. Abbreviations must be standardized and used only in necessary cases, after a full explanation in the first use. The editor has the right to edit the submitted manuscript to suit the style of the journal. After all, the author is responsible for the published material.
